It was very convenient as it was in the center of town. The via Canada station was also just a short walk away. The room also had a stylish feel. Breakfast was very delicious.

The location is phenomenal. You are just accross one of the entrances to underground city (which is very practical when it is freezing and snowing outside) and round the corner from the main shopping street. You are also a stone's throw away from the old city and other major attractions. The staff is always helpful, kind and attentive. A special shoutout to Jovan, who is in the restaurant on weekends and was the best "tour guide" we could have asked for, who gave us excellent recommendations. Wifi is available anywhere and at a very good speed. Beds are comfortable and room is quite spacious. The only mini drawback is that there is not enough place to hand or put away your clothes while staying, but we used the couch! Also, a nespresso machine and tea make your stay even better. Breakfast is also very good.

Le service à la clientèle a été très irrespectueux. J’ai oublié des vêtements dans le garde-robe, et parce qu’ils ne les retrouvent pas, on m’accuse de mentir. Personne n’est allé dans la chambre après moi mais mes vêtements ne sont plus dans le garde-robe…. Et ils sont certains que ce ne sont pas leurs employés. Ils m’ont dit clairement qu’ils font confiance à leurs employés mais pas à leurs clients. Aucune excuse, aucune compensation! C’est inacceptable!

Great service, wonderful breakfast, well equipped club lounge and fantastic location. The only thing I would change about this hotel are the rooms, the dark red is outdated, but the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. We will stay here again!
