Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!

The area is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, and the community is very good. The hotel links the castle, a combination of history and modernity. English breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are served on the first floor. The hotel room is very modern, the front desk and car service are very thoughtful, and there is a free castle tour, which is a pleasant surprise.
