The apartment is very nice, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete kitchenware, a washing machine and dryer, free parking, and a terrace.

It is in a good location where you can easily walk to Mooloolaba Beach and nearby shops.
The dining table chairs were too worn, so it was a little uncomfortable to see and sit down, but the rest of the facilities were generally okay and neat.

We booked a 1 bdr for 1 night, got a 2 bdr BONUS. Such well presented and clean, comfortable furnishings, fully equipped for a long stay. Central to everything. Booking process was seamless and contact from property prior to arrival was great, Highly recommended 👌

Underground parking at units is really badly designed and very difficult.
Easy walk to the beach and esplanade which was what we were after.

Great things:
- The staff here are super lovely. I arrived early for check-in and they let my put my luggage in their office.
- All rooms had their private AC unit which let us have maximum comfort during our stay.
- Amenities were lovely as well, and good appliances were provided by the property.
- Sundays they can accomodate for a lazy check-out at an additional cost.
Things needing improvement:
- My room was not ready till after 2:30-2:45PM. The staff, again, were super lovely and I did say it was no issue to them. But keep that in mind when booking.
- After a couple of days, my friend and I noticed a distinct odour around the lounge/kitchen area. We have been taking out our garbage daily and were dilligent with our cleanliness so we think it might be something in the carpet from the people who were there previously. But don't let it deter you from booking, the place otherwise was spotless. I'm just sharing this if someone booking has a big aversion to odour.
Other than that, fantastic stay! Will 100% rebook because I loved this place.
