Really, behind the television, all the skirting boards, the shower recess, bed linen, and even the gardens were absolutely immaculate. Congratulations to the Managers. Job very well done…..not the most modern place but we’d stay again……"

"Great location and next door to the life saving club. Comfortable bed but shortage of space for clothes and food as no cupboard space only a wardrobe in the bedroom and minimal kitchen bench. There was no shower condiments and the toilet paper was so thin!"

"2 of us stayed at the Waterfront house for a 5 night break and loved this peaceful property with the added benefit of a great private pool. The house is a few minutes drive from the seafront offering a wide choice of restaurants and eateries. The house was air conditioned in most rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The whole house was very clean and the laundry facilities were good. There was nothing to fault and we had a relaxing stay. The staff were also very kind and helpful."

"What a way to end a Queensland roadtrip.... absolutely shocking!! After a long trip down from northern Queensland, we had booked 2 nights in a alexandra headland before I returned to the Gold Coast & she to Melbourne. Looking forward to a restful, clean stay, I was horrified at what we walked into! We stayed in Apt 16 (which later noticed it had very bad reviews from previous guests). The state of the place was absolutely disgusting! Crumbs on the floor in living room/ kitchen, windows/ tracks were filthy, glad kitchen table wasn't cleaned, crumbs in between sofa cushions, TV in living room not working, corner overhead cupboard in kitchen almost feel on my head when opening it, fridge wasn't cleaned (we cleaned before putting out food in), spare blankets/ pillow thrown into wardrobe in master bedroom, beside lamps/ behead/ canvas on wall above bed in master bedroom covered in thick coat of dust, dirty cutlery in kitchen drawer etc etc!! I cannot believe that after receiving previous bad reviews on this assortment, the managers are still letting it out without rectifying the problems & charging what they do! Do yourself a favour & stay elsewhere.... there are much nicer, cleaner places in the area"

"The room is bit old but clean, great location and the pool and spa are nice. The kids’ play room is old and bit messy, unfortunately the reception staff was not on site so when we need to contact the staff over the phone she sounded confused too😂"

"Booked our trip when we saw a great deal for this place. Upon arrival, realised quickly why it was cheaper than the other places in the area. We were told at check in, on the first day of a long weekend, that ‘bad news’ - the air con in our apartment was not working. Predicted temps 32-34° each day. We were offered a measly 15% discount for this, which we managed to get to 25%. Wow. The room was disgusting and outdated - broken lamp, stained dirty couch, broken bed, uncomfortable mattresses, broken doors, no air flow, terrible slow fans, lights without lightbulbs. We expected the room would be a little outdated, but this was unliveable and even for what we paid, this was a ripoff. We got about 3 hours sleep each night because it was so hot, to the point that we even considered leaving at 1am and driving 2.5 hours home on our second night because we simply couldn’t do it again. I would never wish this place upon my worst enemy. How they can ethically sell us that room, is beyond me. What made all this worse was the attitude from the staff at check in: ‘feel free to find somewhere else’ basically. What would’ve been nice was being told when the aircon broke, which was earlier in the week - we would’ve potentially had time to cancel and find alternative arrangements, or worse case know to bring pedestal fans from home (since these weren’t provided either, thanks so much!)."

"These apartments are perfectly situated for a visit to the Sunshine Coast. Right opposite Alexandra Headland beach and a 5 min walk from the surf club. They are within walking distance of supermarkets and the busses to the larger shopping centre at Maroochydore pass by the front of the property. The views from the upper floor apartments ( especially at sunset ) are stunning. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had the best-equipped kitchen I have ever had in a self catering apartment . The wonderful management team of Sophie and John make you feel welcome and cannot do enough to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Don’t miss out on the sauna, a great way to relax ."
