Direct Collective - Sea Breeze Mooloolaba ★★★★
"Easy walk to Main Street, whatf and local Coles. A little noisy at night with partying. Car Park VERY tight for larger cars. Apt roomy and clean."
Oceans Mooloolaba ★★★★★
"My husband and I came to Mooloolaba to cycle around the area for 2 days and Oceans was the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal and our room was very comfortable with a lovely view, a comfy bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom, and nice furniture - so bright and sunny! It was so handy to have our own laundry machine and a kitchenette. We had a nice patio with table and chairs looking out to the ocean and we loved having happy hour there before going out to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner. The promenade out front of the hotel is so fun and vibrant - full of shops and restaurants for many blocks. It was very private. We only saw staff for check-in and check-out and they were very friendly and helpful. Our car was parked below in secure parking. And there was a grocery store about a block away. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We definitely would stay here again."
Direct Collective - Lowanna Beach Resort ★★★★
"We had such a lovely stay at Lowanna Resort! We originally booked an 18 m² suite, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a full apartment instead. It was such a nice gesture and honestly made us feel really welcome and appreciated. The apartment was super clean, tidy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The location was also great — it was close to the beach, shopping center, and lots of lovely cafés and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️"
Mantra Mooloolaba Beach ★★★★
"nice place to stay"
Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort ★★★★
"Exceeded expectations! Well located, very comfy and clean. Will be back"
Nightcap at Kawana Waters Hotel ★★★
"Nice room and friendly staff. Nice food at the pub and the stay included a free drink so bonus points for that!"
Nautilus Mooloolaba ★★★
"Our experience was enjoyable with friendly and reliable staff. The rooms clean and tidy."
Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park ★★★★
"It generally meets expectations. The inter-space is limited."
Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel ★★★★
"Stayed at the Avani for 4 nights. On arrival checkin was good and they stored our bags for us. Once room ready they called us to let us know and delivered our bags to the room. Overall room was nice, clean and tidy however the toilet/shower area is a little weird with frosted glass and gaps around the doors where any other guest sharing the room can see in. the room was a little noisey as you could hear the people at the pub across the road which was a shame. Didn't eat at the restaurant as prices were a bit steep for me and didn't really have "bar food" type alternatives. Staff were very nice and polite however one night the lady at the front bar must have been video calling someone which was a little unprofessional. Overall nice to have another option to stay at in Mooloolaba. "

Grand Palais Boolarong Beachside Apartments
"Very clean and spacious apartment plenty of room for the 5 of us! Kitchen was nicely equipped and only a short walk from the beach front. Not too noisy either!"
Mandolin Beachfront Resort
"The room is bit old but clean, great location and the pool and spa are nice. The kids’ play room is old and bit messy, unfortunately the reception staff was not on site so when we need to contact the staff over the phone she sounded confused too😂"
Beachside Resort Kawana Waters
"A pleasant surprise. Tidy and spacious apartment about 100m from the beach. Gym, sauna and pool. Very friendly staff. The beach is superb with huge, gentle waves and warm water. Life savers right there. An RSL-run club is just off the beach and residents get 10% off. About 200m in the opposite direction is an absolutely enormous shopping complex. Mooloolaba is about 10 minutes drive away. This is the perfect situation. Each room has a fan and the main living area has aircon. Highly recommended."
Pacific Beach Resort
"Nice sea view, even if I was in a lower floor (3/F) that the see was partially blocked by the trees. I was also able to get a magnificient shot on star trail, just from the balcony. The apartment itself is fine but a bit oldfashioned. Everyone menthioned the stupid Blue Fob, I had to say it's really stupid, it's not affecting the experimence much though. "
Saltwater Villas - Pet Friendly Accommodation
"It was a wonderful place to stay for my friend and fur daughter. It was a home away from home. Would definetely come again. It was so close to cafes and beaches. Will be recommending to my friends. I also loved being able to relax on the balcony and watch the sun setting. We even saw a possum walking on the telephone wire."
Beachside Mooloolaba
"Great location , really clean and private"
Sandcastles Mooloolaba
"We had booked for eight nights and were really disappointed on arrival. For the price and the Trip Advisor rating, it simply did not measure up. Our unit appeared to have been recently renovated but it was a really cheap job. The light switches were not secure, the toilet roll holder leaned downwards, the wardrobe doors very thin and the bed gave me my first ever back ache on waking. It turns out that Sandcastles, although well located, is at the ‘poor end’ of the beach front strip and the area is unusually dark at night. My partner and I were shocked when we first walked into our allocated apartment (305) and felt no better the following morning. I went in search of alternative accomodation, which was difficult to find. Eventually found something, which was three bedrooms instead of one, and cost 2.5 times more than Sandcastles. It was worth every cent. Sandcastles is not serviced daily, the alternative one is. The lounge room/dining area is four times the size and we have a beachfront view. To be fair to Sandcastles, I did not say anything, except we were leaving early. They graciously only charged us for two nights accomodation and refunded the six nights. I was very grateful. The receptionist was lovely and the standard of accomodation was not her fault, so no point in carrying on to her. Sandcastles is a three star resort at best, and certainly not 4.5."
Excellsior Apartments
"The location was great, close to walk to everything, opposite the river and very quiet. The Unit was nicely decorated with quality fittings and there was not shortage of kitchen utensils, cups, glasses etc. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedding was quality. We would certainly recommend Unit 8 at Excellsior"
Osprey Apartments
"Good location and very clean accomodation. Good for families who wants to relax and enjoy their holiday. We have a very nice ocean view."
Malibu Apartments
"Perfect location very clean and comfortable"
Ocean Vista on Alex
"I've just checked out this morning from a 3-night stay at this hotel and I've got to say, I'm incredibly disappointed. We stayed in apartment 16 and upon arrival found the floor in the living area appeared to have not been vacuumed. We later discovered when sitting in the living room to watch a movie that the space between the couch cushions was full of crumbs and lint, and the internet was so slow and spotty that we couldn't use any of the apps on either TV without hot spotting it. When heading to bed that night, the remote for the bedroom fan was missing. We were unable to find it anywhere in the apartment and none of the other fan remotes would work for the main bedroom fan, so we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. On Saturday night when trying to use the spa bath it was discovered that the jets don't work. On Sunday when we attempted to use the rooftop spa, we found it had a strange colour and smell, with sand already settled at the bottom as if it hadn't been cleaned from the last guests. Finally, the double bed in the main bedroom. I understand some hotel will push together 2 singles to make up a double, however for $300 a night I at least expected the bed to be secured to the floor. My boyfriend attempted to lean against the headboard only to have the entire bed roll away from him. If I'd known this was the sleeping situation I would have had second thoughts on my booking. I was really looking forward to this trip and spent more than I typically would on a room I thought would provide a comfortable and luxurious place to spend our downtime, and have been left sorely disappointed. As it currently stands, I will not be staying with this hotel again and im sharing my experiences so that other people won't make the same mistake I did"
The Mirage Resort Alexandra Headland
"Just wrapped up a three-night stay at The Mirage and wow – what an experience. If you’re looking for outdated decor, zero flexibility, microscopic parking, and that special “we really wish you hadn’t called” after-hours service, this is the place for you. The Highlights Check-in was a breeze… if you arrive before 5pm. Travelling two hours straight from work? Too bad. The after-hours staff answered the phone with all the warmth and enthusiasm of someone being asked to work overtime on their day off. Truly made me feel like an inconvenience for… wanting to check into the room I’d paid for. Parking was comedy gold. The spaces are so narrow you could barely squeeze a motorcycle in, let alone a normal car or SUV. Opening the doors without performing advanced yoga was a daily challenge. Room Condition: Step back in time to the early 2000s with the decor! Bonus points for the welcome gift of someone else’s hair thoughtfully left in the bathroom corners and shower drain. Nothing says “relaxing resort stay” quite like someone else’s grooming remnants. Look, if you enjoy feeling unwelcome, fighting for door space, and questioning the cleaning standards, you’ll love it here. Otherwise… maybe keep scrolling."
Alexandra on the Pacific
"It needs to be noted that even though this is an older accommodation, it is amazingly clean. If this is your thing, stay here. Really, behind the television, all the skirting boards, the shower recess, bed linen, and even the gardens were absolutely immaculate. Congratulations to the Managers. Job very well done…..not the most modern place but we’d stay again……"
Allure Mooloolaba
"It was a perfect place to stay for a family of four. The two bedrooms were fantastic, with plenty of space and separate bathrooms. Apartment was close to the beach, shopping malls and a supermarket. Sydney, the manager, was fantastic - so kind and helpful. We’ll be back!"
Bayview Harbourview Apartments
"Great sized apartment. The most comfortable beds ever! The apartment is quite basic. The internet was awful. Staff were really friendly. Great location; walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, and close to lots of bus stops. "
