Wonderful balcony view with parrots. Amazing pool
Came here years ago as kids and loved the location and pool! Pool was great! It just needs to be heated more, especially the kids pool. It was too cold for us in September, the spa was good. This resort would be incredible with a warmer pool. We booked based on a heated pool. Needs to be around 30 degrees in winter/spring.
The rooms are great! Balcony was wonderful with a view and the local bird life coming to say hi. The pillows are terrible. So hard in our room. Parking and access across two roads was great. Easy walking everywhere. Rooftop with little kids play area and bbq’s were great. Great to watch the sunset. Games room was cool. Make sure you contact for after hours access in advance as reception closes early.

Our stay was great, manager Janelle and staff were very accomadating and friendly.
The hot tub and pool were great, would highly recommend to stay, walking distance to everything, will return.

Another wonderful experience at this great Resort. Location is central to everything Mooloolaba has to offer. Super friendly staff, relaxed vibe, never crowded and best pool complex anywhere. Outstanding value for money - see you next year!

Good location,spacious rooms,kitchen so so,i wouldn't use oven..its a bit dodgy...spa wall sprays .out cold water which was annoying,Janelle and front office staff nice,Paul might need a holiday...cranky towards us as guests and was always on our case about something whether it feeding the birds to opening windows/sliding door in gym.Over all if you lay low you will have an enjoyable stay.

Nice pool area. Kids loved it. Spa is roofed so is cozy even in rain, however it created a lot of noise that we coud hear deep into the night. We stayed on 2nd floor.
Also, I found it could be cleaner in the shower
or time to replace it. Otherwise it is nice.
The area is beautiful close to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can walk to Coles to get groceries and if you don't have a car, there is a much closer smaller shop is near.

We had a great stay here. Receptions ladies are really friendly and helpful. The room overlooking the pool area was nice. Everything was clean. Lots of space. Parking easy & handy. Perfect location. Great price. Will be back for our next family adventure!

Loved our stay at Caribbean Resort. Staff were very helpful and friendly and were at hand to help at any convenience. Definitely family friendly and would recommend anyone with young children to stay here.

The location was great, close to the beach and food. The pool and hot tub were fabulous although there didn't seem to be any pool safety equipment like a life buoy/ring despite the middle being 2m deep. The unit was rather run down and could do with a deep clean. Some things seemed to be falling apart, very old. We are quite allergic to dust and will probably not return. Just beware too of the fine for lost keys - $390! I don't recall seeing any notice of this when we booked. The exorbitant fine is probably an unfair contract term under Australian Consumer Law. And byo toiletries & toilet paper cos their supply is very limited and will finish within 2 days or so. Have been to cleaner nicer places for a similar price.
