Spinnaker Quays

We loved the peaceful outlook to the river . Very well located , close to The Wharf and beach ( not flagged) The master bedroom was not air conditioned so we found it very hot . The main unit was air conditioned but not the bedrooms Spacious apartment , comfortable bed - near pillows would be nice in main bedroom . The pool was great but anyone can access it - no swipe card to gain entry. Car park had more room than most and it was easy to access from the lifts

This is the second time we have stayed at Spinnaker Quays, and once again were not disappointed. We stayed in a 3 bedroom ground floor unit, which has its own balcony/entertaining area, which looks out onto the river, and sunsets are spectacular. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The mattresses are really comfortable and each room has a ceiling fan or air con, which was welcome on the very hot days. The unit is literally a 3 minute walk to the wharf, and maybe 5 minutes to the surf club and esplanade, totally fantastic location. Loved our stay, and the managers Paul and (sorry forgot your wifes name) were really helpful, couldnt ask for better.

Paul and Jo the managers couldn’t do enough for us during our stay.We had a small issue with our television but Paul rectified the problem as soon as we asked.Couldn’t fault our unit and will certainly be back next year and happy to recommend !

My wife and I stayed here in January and could not have asked for more. I actually live on the Sunshine Coast and quite often have a short stay at a local hotel since we could not go overseas for the last couple or years. Jo and Paul were extremely helpful and friendly and the place, while being older was very well maintained. It is in walking distance to everything in Mooloolaba and a two minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Our group had a wonderful 11 night stay in a mid-level apartment. Peaceful watching the many activities on the river out front. Magnificent beach is a two minute walk over Parkyn Parade. The managers, Paul & Jo, were both friendly and receptive to our needs. The Wharf, next door, has superb restaurants such as Rice Boi and the stylish SEE. The few issues needing improvement ( new BBQ & couch) can be addressed by the owner at minimal cost in the long term. We plan to return again to this very comfortable holiday accommodation.

We cannot speak highly enough of Spinnaker Quays, mainly because of the hosts Paul and Jo. During these unpredictable times, they were so incredibly kind and accommodating, and helpful! They happily assisted with any of our requests and accommodated us with unpredictable changes, particularly when we were presented with a lockdown and the possibility of returning to 14 days quarantine. They went above and beyond. The accommodation itself was perfect for us as a family with small children. Quick walk to the beach and shops. Excellent grass area out the front and a well kept pool. The apartments were clean and a good size. We will definitely be back :)

Paul and Jo are great caretakers and we always feel welcome. Great to be just across the road from the beach and near the river too, best of both worlds! Could hear the ocean from our bedroom (13) Close to the fisheries and plenty of cafes/shops in walking distance.

We have just spent 7 days here. Our apartment (10) was beautifully renovated and very well equipped. The complex is in a great location with views of the river and the beach just across the road. Everything you could need is within easy walking distance.
