There is free parking, and there is no cleaning after staying for 8 days. There is no refill of shower gel and hand sanitizer. The environment is ok.

Good sized apar**ent. Lovely view. Short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/places to eat. Clean. Bed was a little soft. Overall would recommend

We would not stay anywhere else but Excelsior. It is so conveniently situated you can walk everywhere or use the bus to get around. It is in the quietest area. Out hosts are the best. It's definitely go to distination. Great up to date and modern units.

I have stayed at the Riva twice now and have found the two bedroom two bathroom apar**ents to be perfect for two couples. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils etc .The dining and living areas are spacious. The managers are helpful and very responsive.

The best accommodation ever, we found friendly hosts, the spacious and very clean apar**ent had great amenities, was well furnished and comfortable and we were made welcome. We will certainly return when in the area again. Thanks Kate and Kirsten..
