Great location, Close to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean apartment.

We were so excited to be staying at this motel. It wasn’t cheap for a weeks accommodation. Check in was fine, no problems. We were in 1204. It faces the back towards the Glass house mountains. That was ok with us. The unit was ok at first look. But then once we got unpacked we realise how dirty the place was. The lounges were covered in stains, mould all through the shower & it leaked all over the floor. We put the blind down at night & there was food splattered on it. Which we reported to front desk. The dish washer absolutely stunk. It was disgusting. 1 garbage bag for a week. The pillows were so hard , like rocks. Bed was not comfortable. This was supposed to be 4-5 star motel. Location is convenient. Our friends were in other units & only 1 of the 4 was good & that was 1203. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Others around are nicer & not as expensive.

A lovely property in a great area, with our only issue being the size of the unit (802) is very small. There is only a 2 seater lounge in a very small living area. For a couple it is OK however this is a 2 bedroom unit. I would hate to have 4 people in here. The unit was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly. It is walking distance to the Esplanade and Coles shopping centre. We recommend for a couple. It is good value for money.
