The airport shuttle is very convenient. The service staff are very enthusiastic. Opposite the hotel is the school, it is very comfortable to go for a walk in the evening. There are several American-style restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient to eat. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! The shuttle bus driver from the hotel to the airport was the sweetest man! I’ll definitely be staying here again for when I travel out of Pittsburgh airport !

There was no Continental breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was not pleasant. They did not explain where anything was. They checked me in and gave me a key.
