"I called at 10:30 AM to request a late (12:30 PM) check out for a small additional fee, I had no problem with the extra fee. When I ended up checking out at 11:40, the front desk refunded my late check out fee without being asked! It was very kind of him to do that and he was very friendly every time I was at the front desk. The whole staff was always friendly every time I saw a staff member."

"The room is quite spacious, which is great for business trips. The desk is excellent, and there are plenty of power outlets. However, there's no microwave, and there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service. I'd recommend calling the hotel for a pick-up while you're waiting for your luggage after arriving at the airport; it usually takes about 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive. Just head to Gate 8 to wait for the shuttle bus."

"We've stayed here multiple times during our trips to and from Pittsburgh. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great value for money. The front desk service is also excellent. The breakfast is average but sufficient. The airport shuttle is operated by a third party and the schedule changes frequently, especially in winter, making waiting for the bus at the airport a painful experience."

"I wasn't impressed when I first entered the hotel., however the room was clean and comfortable. The lights above the beds did not work and the water was not hot enough to take a shower. I was going to report this when I left but not one at the front desk. The breakfast was sparce compared to other hotels that I had stayed in."
