Unfortunately our room. Was in need of repair the bed was broken and the jet tub was cracked. We still enjoyed the jet tub just not the pinched skin when getting In And out of tub and my hair that got snagged in the cracks of the tub. The staff were awesome and discounted our stay but for the amount one pays to stay I. A hotel for a weekend getaway I expected to have a functional bed that I didn't get stuck in the broken spring sag

Stayed here multiple times in the past 8 years or so. Just gets worse each time.

My daughter and babysitter were harassed, followed,had inappropriate comments and physical contact made on them by hotels pool maintenance man. I wouldn't go any were near this hotel if you have kids

The bathroom needs to be updated. Poor Customer service from the front desk, they won’t acknowledge our presence, curtains has blood stains etc.

The check in experience was terrible. I paid for the room in full online, using *******.ca. When I arrived at the site to check in they requested my credit card. I gave them the same card I had used to pay for the room, a virtual Visa/debit, and they refused to let me stay. I had to call a family member to let me use their credit card. I am really disappointed that I didn’t know I couldn’t use the same card I’d used to pay for the room. I will not be going to Days Inn or any affiliated hotels again.

Two out of three of our rooms had food, beer cans and obvious dirt in them leftover from previous travelers. The mattresses were so saggy it was very uncomfortable to sleep on them. Tired and unclean hotel. But very quiet even with lots of other guests and lots of breakfast options and a good pool/hottub. So not everything was a disaster, thankfully.

Our key cards we’re constantly not working and staying with our kid it was definitely an inconvenience to constantly go downstairs and get new ones.
The one staff was pretty ignorant when we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a cab.

Breakfast, what were those ‘eggs’?! Come on, you can do better! 😂. Rooms and bathroom definitely could have been cleaner.
On a positive, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling!
