"What was supposed to be a great trip was ruined by that old man checking out. I wanted two bottles of water, and he just said "no water," that's it! Did I owe him something? The hotel tables weren't edged and would cut your hands, the hot spring wasn't on the 24th, and the sauna was broken! The hose keeper was alright, though."
