Not as advertised. Rooms are old, dingy and not clean. The towels are rough and gross, the toiletries were terrible - bring your own soap and shampoo. The fabric chairs in the room are old and stained. The carpet is worn out, stained and disgusting. When I raised my concern to the front desk, she said she can cancel my reservation and I can go to a different hotel and then claimed that because I booked through *******, I got a bad room. They had us in a building across from the main hotel building and we had to walk for quite a while and take 2 elevators to get to the pool and spa... which is nothing special and not worth the money paid to come to this hotel. If you have kids that want to use the pool, they will be told they are not allowed to splash, raise their voice or jump in, as it would disturb the other guests. The parkade is poorly designed and you have to pay an extra $5 a day to park there. Good luck navigating through it if you have a larger vehicle. The hotel is attached to the local ****** which makes it a busy area with lots of interesting characters lurking around. All in all - a terrible experience. Save your dollars and go somewhere else if you are going to Moose Jaw.

Well my daughter and I came for a girls getaway using a gift card. Our room was half updated. Be aware some of the rooms seem in the process of getting renovated so a work in progress. Beds and carpet wer new in our main floor room but bathroom was from the 90’s. Desperate need of an update and paint. Bathroom had nowhere to put anything with the pedestal sink. Everything seems clean though. The rooms are small with two double beds, and a table and chairs but no desk. Front desk lady happened to be unfriendly and gave information quickly like a script. Enjoyed the hot pool and our relaxing getaway. We recommend bringing your own pool towel because the towels they hand out are small. Also bring flip flops to walk to the pool from your room. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing at pool even with small kids there. Friday and Sat nights 9-12 midnight pool for adults only. Not sure we would stay here again using our own money. Underwhelming hotel and so so service. Come for the pool but don’t expect a fancy hotel.

Another wonderful quiet trip to Temple gardens spa is Moosejaw!!! Greeted by the best at the front desk Brad and Cynthia, best massages we ever had with Linda at the spa, warm clean pools to soak in, great food all around the hotel, easy parking, close to all amenities. Love the spa rooms, and love coming to the hotel for a family getaway!!!!

Upon arrival fridge had someone else’s food.
Had to ask for a bar of soap, apparently it was on back order.
Television went no signal multiple times.
******* does not offer same promotions as the hotel such as free parking and breakfast, likely won’t book through ******* for this hotel next time

Elevator to the pool broken, had been broken for weeks yet we were not informed of that when we called in about our guests having mobility issues. Thus our guest was unable to use pool. No hand soap or sanitizer in rooms, no cream rinse. Quality of whole hotel is not anywhere what it used to be. Towels at spa were small and rough as sandpaper. Food at pool area was limited due to broken elevator. No enough staff to serve, lineups wherever we went.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Barb at front desk went out of her way to help us when we had an emergency during our stay there.
Nice and quiet and clean.
Will definitely be back!
