Friendly and helpful staff, Good sized rooms, internet is reliable, good water pressure and how water. The pool and grounds are clean and attractive. Plenty of on site parking with a 24 hour attendant. On site restaurant is good - we only had breakfast - which was about 200 pesos per person for the buffet. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. This was not the first hotel I've found that advertises as having air conditioners but the units are set to cool no cooler than 80F. The hallway, lobby, and common areas are adequately cooled but the rooms are hot and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

The hotel in good though service in some areas leaves much to desire, The receptionists become something serious all the opposite of what should be, Paty of room service was gruesome and flattering, I asked him a bill and he asked me if he had left my data which if I did and wrote on the sheet he sent me, I told him that the guardian asked me that if I had already made a bill and I commented on him that if so he guardian told me that there was no need to note My tax data,Paty of rooms service, very personally answered me that she was not aware what will not correctly note my data if I wanted my bill, which was made very badly that answer. The locations is stoning and the view is a breath taking. The location next to the mall and next to the American Rrstaurants is super convenient. The food at the facility is OK, less than I expected for the looks and the location, the menu could be INPROVED big time. The only problem I encounter is the water pressure is very poor and the sinks located withing the room and next to the beds is NOT A VERY GOOD SEEN. Again the facility is well worth the stay and the convenience of the H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc is excellent. I oh and it has central heating system with A/C and heater, thermostat very new and easy to use. The policy of the stuff in regards the hygiene in regards COVID-19 is exactly as it should be, and the stuff are thought and they stick to the rules. I would recommend it and I would stay at Fiesta Inn again is for sure.
