The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast each morning was outstanding.
The remote control for the TV was frustrating and a channel guide in the room would be helpful.

I traveled to Morgantown to attend a sibling's graduation ceremony and was only in town for 2 nights. The hotel's location was perfect - within easy walking distance of the Coliseum, where the ceremony was held. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that the Quality Inn sign should be bigger and easier to see. I only saw a Best Western sign the first time I drove by and was confused, thinking I somehow went to the wrong place.

The woman who checked us in at the desk was clearly sick and should have not come to work or at least should have been allowed to go home.

Amanda, the front desk staff, was WONDERFUL on check-in and check-out. Although my room was clean, I had to cover the drawers for my clothing with towels - the paper inside was old and cracked. I was able to adjust my room temperature to meet my needs. I was grateful to have a refrigerator and microwave for my food and drinks. Thank you.
