"When we checked in at 10:00 PM, we opened the door with the room card and there was someone inside! The front desk clerk went to check alone and said that they didn’t know why that person was staying in the room. There was no registration information in the computer system. Maybe the manager gave him the room card to enter. We were given a new room. Around 12:00 AM, people were walking upstairs and the floorboards made a lot of noise, which seriously affected our rest."
