This was a great hotel. Close to everything, easy check in and out, clean, and most of all - the staff was incredible. Very kind throughout the stay.

Valet parking much appreciated, especially when arriving in heavy rain.
BUT, the front desk had no cash bills smaller than a 20, just like me, so was unable to break a 20 for me so I couldn’t give the valet guy a deserved tip.

Bar was not operating/closed....What??? That is one of the main reasons we stay at the Morgan. The room was FREEZING the entire night. (no warm bedding) A window beside the bed was not sealed and 18 degree wind blew in our room the entire night. The heater could not keep up. We usually prefer this Hotel but this was incredibly disappointing. Not sure if we will return again.
