The quality and temperature of the hot spring water at the 10th floor Molden no Yu (indoor bath) was excellent. I was impressed with the extensive services provided, including Yonaki Soba (a light ramen), ice cream after the bath, and amenities. I also liked the foam-type hand soap that can be used to wash your face, as it had a nice scent! It was about a 15-minute walk from Morioka Station, and there were many famous places nearby.

It's a standard dormy inn. It's clean and sanitary. Basic facilities and supplies are complete. Anyway, it's just one night.
The bathing area on the rooftop is OK.
It takes about ten minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. Daiwa Roynet is much closer, so you can consider it if you don't want to push your suitcase far.
The quality of breakfast is average, a bit not worth it. But I didn't see any alternative stores nearby, so if you have the habit of eating breakfast on time, it's better to include breakfast.
