"Amazing stay with very friendly staff, even thise who are helping with breakfast. Great location just in front of the train station. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a great bathtub, and amenities were not lacking. They have the breakfast lounge open from 12-8pm, where you can work or chat or just people watch in front of the station and have coffee, tea and soda available. You can also eat your food here though the microwave is on a different floor. I would definitely come back to this hotel, as I fell in love with Morioka."

"The hotel is really convenient and just 7 mins walk from the Morioka station. It’s close to the famous pyon pyon sha restaurant and also a 20mins walk along the shops to the red brick Iwate bank building. Lots to explore with a great base location of the hotel. The soundproofing of the walls were unfortunately a little lacking as there were loud walking and stomping noise from the neighbouring room."

"This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the JR station. You just cross the road and it's a short walk away. The hotel looks new, and the rooms, while not huge, have a minimalist feel. The amenities have been upgraded since my last stay at another branch (in a different city last year), making them very convenient to use. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is within walking distance of Castle Ruins Park, Ishiwari Sakura, Hakuryu, Sakurayama Shrine, Tsuruha Pharmacy, and Eigakan-dori. The train station is also nearby. Downstairs is a public bus stop with numerous routes to more distant attractions like Takamatsu Park. It's absolutely fantastic. I've definitely booked this hotel for my next trip to Morioka. I also wish the front desk manager, Onodera-san, a quick promotion to president."

I was happy that there were two types of slippers (disposable for indoor use and for use in the building).
