Location was great. On the beach. The restaurant area is wonderful. Spacious, open to the beach. Food is good. Service is nice though initially it seems slow.

Hotel location, garden is good. But they have not maintained the cleanliness. Room was dirty even after special request of cleaning. They have too much rush that’s the reason they are not able to maintain quality.

Good place, nice access to beach, good staff. Clean and nice property. Wished you guys also provided beach beds and served. Nevertheless they are other local vendors providing beachbeds and service

I think the property is beautiful. There is no doubt about that. But this is where i have a problem with this property. 1) probably the unhappiest staff i have seen. The receptionist probably not experienced in handling the reception of a hotel. She was not rude to us, but was not pleasant or welcoming as well. They definitely have enough staff members working on the property, but no one seems to be happy. 2) room, i think you guys should stop taking bookings for your standard room. They are definitely not worth the 5k a night price tag. When there is no table to keep your bag or a proper closet, its too much to ask for that room. Also, the tv remote does not work. However, the view was good. 3) breakfast. Probably the worst brekfast i have had in goa. Bhaji for the pav bhaji was like daal. The hash browns were soft and probably fried when the oil was not hot. And 4 items on a buffet is not enough. You guys need to change your chef. 4) even though i have my issues with this property, i would still like to say that it is a beautiful property and they have maintained the grounds really well.

Food is okeish 3/5. Dinner orders close at 10. 30 pm. Superb location wrt proximity to beach. Decent live music in evenings. Had a wonderful 3 day stay at the sea view cabin. Very earthy woodwork, small bathrooms though, plenty of greenery around, clean pool, spacious seating. Apt for a vacay.

Location of this resort is awesome. It's next to beach. Good for family stay. Best experience is their complementary breakfast offered at in-house restaurant. We booked standard ac rooms which were little small for family of 3

We were a group of friends and stayed in a log cabin. It was nice and quiet, covered by gardens. The resort is right on the beach, and the restaurant is also nice. The only thing lacking was the breakfast spread; they can add a few more items
