The room is spacious and very close to the beach. It was too late to check in, the hotel helped to open the room in advance, and the service was very good. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable

The hotel’s location is fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions by foot. However, the room’s noise level was quite disruptive; I could hear everything. Despite this drawback, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. It is clean but they have no compassion for their guests. We arrived for a four night stay. On our way to the hotel our battery light came on in our car. Had to have the car towed for repair. They automotive repair was not sure the could get all the repair work done by Thursday since they had to have parts delivered from Santa Barbara and of course ran into some difficultly. When we explained the situation to the hotel and asked if we could have a late check out because of the circumstances they showed not compassion at all. We had no car for three days and had no idea we would have to have the car repaired. The hotels solution was we could pay an additional $75 to stay till 3 pm after that full room cost. The hotel isn’t even that busy so it was not like we were preventing someone from getting into their room. There are so many hotels in this area we will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. When we told the auto shop they couldn’t believe that the hotel was being so unreasonable, so when the parts came in two of the guys went to work to finish our car so we would not have any additional costs. What happened to customer service, sure not at this place!😞

The room is very big, however, the room is not clean, the pillows are not tidy up, stain is everywhere, the bed is collapsed and I see a hole sink into it. I suspect there is no room cleaning…
