Sehr gutes Service in allen Bereichen, besonders in den Bars und Restaurants sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Super Zimmerreinigung. Sehr schönes Hotel, beste Qualität bei Speisen und Getränken, schöne geräumige Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick, schöner geheizter Pool und ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Beste Lage nahe Morro Jable (5 min entlang der Promenade). Einziger Negativpunkt: das Hotel ist fest in der Hand deutscher, sehr dominanter Senioren!

Meine Eltern reisen nun seit weit über 20 Jahren in dieses Hotel, ich war zum vierten Mal dort. Die Lage und die großen Zimmer mit toller Terrasse sind unschlagbar. Ebenso das immer freundlich und aufmerksame Personal, welches dort teilweise auch schon seit über 20 Jahren arbeitet! Doch die Küche hat erheblich nachgelassen, die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig (Ameisen, Farbe blättert von den Wänden, keine stabile Warmwasserversorgung, schwache Klimaanlage), der Fahrstuhl war diesmal nur ein Mal defekt, die Bodenplatten heben sich und sind Stolperfallen. Alles Punkte, die bei diesem Reisepreis auf keinen Fall passieren dürfen. Zudem ist von der angekündigten Kleiderordnung zum Essen nichts zu merken und als wir den jungen stellvertretenden Hoteldirektor (?) darauf ansprachen (ein Gast kam mit Flipflops, Badehose (?) und Trägershirt) wurde uns gesagt, dass die Gäste Urlaub haben!!! Unfassbar!!! So eine Antwort erwarte ich auf einem schlecht geführten Campingplatz, aber ganz sicher nicht in einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel. Auf den Sonnenliegen darf geraucht werden. Auch eine Regelung, welche vielleicht nicht mehr ganz Zeitgemäß ist. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches in die Jahre gekommen ist, mit aufmerksamen Personal und guten Essen - aber dem Anspruch von 4,5 Sternen (und dem hohen Reisepreis) wird das Haus jetzt nicht mehr gerecht.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einem unschlagbaren Meerblick. Sehr großes Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon. Gutes Essen, reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Personal stets sehr freundlich und immer aufmerksam. Die Lage ist auch absolut top, besser geht es fast nicht. Leider gibt und gab es immer wieder Probleme mit den Aufzügen, dass muss wirklich nicht sein und stört schon sehr. Es wäre schön, wenn dieses bekannte Problem endlich einmal beseitigt wird. Ansonsten empfehlen wir das Hotel gerne weiter und wir kommen gerne wieder. Beste Grüße aus München von Birgit & Michael.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel! Leider war ich nur eine Woche da aber ich komme sicherlich wieder! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber und der Meerblick vom großen Balkon ist ein Highlight. Das Essen war wirklich toll und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist super freundlich.Grade die Animateure, vor allem Pia und David, haben die Programmpunkte sehr schön und mit viel Begeisterung geleitet. Das einzige was ausbaufähig wäre ist das Abendprogramm, grade auch für jüngere Gäste, und das Fitnessstudio, das doch sehr klein ist und nicht viele Geräte bietet. Die Lage des Hotels sowie der Strand sind traumhaft. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel welches einen erholsamen und wunderbaren Aufenthalt verspricht. :)

Probably the best location you could wish for, on a beautiful beach, a short walk to a few bars and shops, hardly any traffic noise. The hotel is really well laid out, it has everything you need, the rooms are spacious and clean with large balconies but as others have said, could do with a refurb, I would recommend paying extra for a sea view, if you go with TUI don't pay the extra at a shop, it was double the price I got on line. The drinks are reasonably priced, the food is good with plenty of choice. It is catered mainly towards German guests but this is not a problem, the entertainment is very "Eurovision". The pool area could do with some music during the day as it is very stale during the day, not blaring out but in the background. Recommendations .... ask for a sea view, not too high as the lifts are very slow and you do have to wait a long time so the stairs are quicker. We would definitely go back, probably not with TUI though, you still end up on a budget airline.

Our 4th visit albeit our 1st in 9 years. The good:- The staff - superb - we recognised many of them from previous visits Location - next to a lovely sandy beach that stretches for miles Large bedroom and balcony Worth paying extra for a sea view Slept well with minimal nighttime noise The food - generally very good The not quite so good:- The 2 lifts - temperamental, with one regularly out of action The pillows - too soft - no alternative Safe charge - €36 for 2 weeks Hotel is showing its age, no real modernisation in 9 years Would we return? - Yes, if they can sort the lifts out!
