"They didn't clean the room"

"We have somehow become 70 year olds. We have been staying at this hotel quite regularly over the past 12 years or so. In that time it has stayed civilised, spotlessly clean and has superb food, with an epic breakfast and evening buffet. Since it was refurbished a few years ago it has become really top class. We particularly enjoy the pool area which is well designed with clever sunshades and tropical planting. The pool is saltwater (which improves my swimming!) at a temperature of 28deg, the same as the sea and a perfect temperature to just walk in and cool down. There are always sun beds available. There is stage entertainment every evening at least in the summer. We always pay for a sea view - the rooms and balcony feel like one is staying on a cruise ship. The bathrooms are well sized with very large shower enclosures. There are views of the beautiful beach which extends for miles. The town of Morro Jable is a 10 minute walk away along a traffic free promenade adjacent to the beach. "

"We both agree that this hotel has the most friendly staff encountered for a long time and it starts with a very warm welcome from the front desk and filters all the way down to the pool lifeguard. If you want a hustle and bustle disco type venue This is not the place for you. If you want a relaxing place near an amazing beach along with a pool and views most holiday makers dream about this is most definitely recommended by us. The hotel rooms are a great design with two doors so that you don’t get any corridor noise and with a large bedroom and furniture on the balcony make for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet sitting out on the veranda ticked boxes for us the sun beds were very comfortable and available even over the Christmas period and folks don’t reserve them and not use them all day. Pool attendant great guy and interesting character to converse with and he wants you to enjoy your day poolside. The lady manager and lady assistant manager are very approachable and they are always smiling and willing to assist with any problems you may have and they have such an awesome set of staff behind them it’s a pleasure to see it all working so well. Special mentions Hassan and his colleagues in the bar area, all the house keeping staff are hard working and keep your room in tip top condition. Restaurant staff Sara and too many others to mention but always fantastic service and warm pleasant welcome morning or evening time. Suzanne the assistant manager what a fabulous hard working lady with always time to spare to talk and advise guests please keep up the team which we know will keep clients returning hope to see you all again one day ."

"As a frequent visitor to Fuerteventura and Jandia (at least once per year for the past 20 years) this has been my favorite hotel to stay at. "

"There is no doubt the location is superb! However, for those less mobile, perhaps not. Not all apartments get the views (or the sun) you see on the marketing. The apartment was not clean when we arrived with dirty glasses and hairs in the bed, shower etc. Not had the fridge been cleaned properly. We used the safe at an extra cost of 2 euros per day. Beach towels required a deposit of 10 euros per towel and if you wanted to exchange for a clean towel during the stay the charge was 1 euro. The day after we arrived we paid our room charge and were not asked how everything was, so did not get the opportunity to air our concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment. This apartment was not cheap. Every night there were cockroaches in the bathroom (this may be the way it is in the canaries but thought worth mentioning in the event people do not like them). The sun left our balcony at around 16.30 each day. The pool area had lots of bird poo around the edges which was not cleaned up daily. There is no where to sit / lounge around the pool. When we left, we were not asked how everything had been. We would not stay again. I have attached some pictures to demonstrated the cleaning issues. This place is over priced and very dated."

"Only thing good about Thai hotel is location and kids animation. Other than that outdated hotel, terrible food and customer service. All inclusive all benefits removed soon as you check out room even if your transfer is later in evening ! That’s regardless of you have a small family either kids."

"If you want a quiet and pleasant residence, this is the right address. Located in the old town, you will easily access the seafront through pedestrian streets where the best restaurants of Morro Jablé are located. Housekeeping is done 4 times a week, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. The Natalia and Suzanna team is very friendly and attentive to your needs, the apartments upstairs have a beautiful view of the ocean but there are a lot of steps to climb, the first floor is more accessible but no sea view. Very good value for money."
