My husband and I came from St. Petersburg to Moscow for my birthday and booked a superior room in this hotel in advance. The day before I received confirmation of my reservation in the mail. But when the girl at the reception desk arrived, her eyes widened and she said that supposedly they called me and I canceled the reservation. Then my eyes widened. Since there were no calls. Moreover, they looked at outgoing calls from the hotel and my number was not there!!! That is, lying on the fly. Apparently the manager there, Borisovich, was brought in to find out who mumbled to her on the phone “how so, how so.” This is complete trash. The May holidays are all packed. The hotel is terrible. Horrible smell. The staff is dirty. In some terrible rubber slippers. Thank God it happened this way. We went to another hotel. I wouldn't take a shower there. The worst hotel and the worst staff I've ever been to. There are a lot of better hotels nearby! I don’t recommend getting into this ****. Believe me! Don't waste your money and nerves!

Во первых учитывайте что стандарт вариант у них с туалетами отдельно, то есть на несколько номеров(которые 2×2) у них только 1 туалет! Везде все старое, дерево прогнившее местами на дверных косяках, как попало поерашные стены, чисто за 5 минут.Не оставляйте дорогие вещи, без вашего ведома туда заходит уборщица, даже если вы не просили. Ночью вам спать не дадут. Всегда какой - то шмон, или чихает кто - то громко, или гогочет, или разговаривает как на рынке. Уже на этом у меня отвратительные впечатления. Далее. Заказал завтрак , заплатил за него деньги, уточнил во сколько его приготовить, выбрал что именно там будет, но что получилось в итоге ? Конечно же завтрак мне никто не принес , даже и не думал. Ждать я не мог, опаздывал, решил принципиально ничего не говорить, это их ответственность (разбираться будем с участием их начальства, позже - почему, что и как). На ресепшене девушка даже и глазом не моргнула ехидно улыбаясь. Подозреваю что такое отношение к людям не имеющим московскую прописку. Заезжая в этот отель будьте готовы к проблемам, они так или иначе возникнут, даже не смотря на позитивные отзывы (людей которые кроме как в этом отеле нигде не были). Не ведитесь что отель рядом с кремлем, в Москве не проблема добраться до него в метро. Заселяйтесь в отели подальше, но условия будут гораздо лучше.
