首先這是一個非常糟糕的體驗，我預訂並且在WhatsApp聯繫前台，他跟我説有床位，讓我及時過去，否則他將下班，我打車過去，打車費很貴，結果到了之後他説我沒有上一家店的證明，不讓我辦理入住，這個證明是非常靈活的要求，沒有也不會怎麼樣，並且那個時候已經是凌晨12點，我花了很貴的打車費，到了那邊他不讓我住，讓我衹能露宿街頭，這個前台真的很糟糕，請遠離這家店，他在一個很隱蔽的地方，很窄的樓梯，並且沒有電梯，需要步行上3樓才到達

These people are hell bent on getting out money from you, we arrived at 12:00pm in the afternoon after a very tiring train ride and my check in was supposed to be at 2:00pm, they didnt even allow to keep our luggage in until 2:00pm, and we were with our bags outside the hostel... It feels as if you are living in a jail, you can't enter the hostel after 1:00, you'll have to wait outside for entire night or look for another hostel.. Extremely rude administrator and cleaning lady has no sense about how to talk to someone, They used worst language possible... (E.g If you use this kitchen for 5 more minutes you will have to pay 500 rub more) I felt so bad that they misbehaved with my parents.. Most ****** people I have ever seen... I don't recommend this place at all... Эти люди одержимы желанием вытянуть из вас деньги, мы прибыли в 12:00 пополудни после очень утомительной поездки на поезде, а моя регистрация должна была состояться в 14:00, они даже не разрешили оставить наш багаж до 14:00, и мы были с нашими сумками за пределами общежития... Такое ощущение, что вы живете в тюрьме, вы не можете войти в общежитие после 1:00, вам придется ждать снаружи всю ночь или искать другое общежитие.. Крайне грубый администратор и уборщица понятия не имеют, как с кем-то разговаривать, они использовали наихудшие выражения из возможных... (Например, если вы будете пользоваться этой кухней еще 5 минут, вам придется заплатить на 500 рублей больше) Мне было так плохо из-за того, что они плохо вели себя с моими родителями.. Самые расистские люди, которых я когда-либо видел... Я вообще не рекомендую это место...

Круго грязь, пыль. Проживающие прямо в комнате ночью курят и пьют пиво. Дышать нечем, горничная хамит . Администраторы хорошие ребята

1. Если прибываете раньше, приготовьтесь оплатить хранение чемоданов. Такого я не встречал нигде: ни в России ни за рубежом. Так же еще раз готовьте Ваши денежки при выселении, если надо оставить Ваш скромный скарб до полного убытия... Эта сумма как раз потрачена из гипотетически съэкономленных рублей, ее можно потратить на обычную гостиницу. 2. Жили в отдельном номере с душем. Ладно, понятно, что селились в хостел- в душе кроме мыла ничего и не ждали, взяли шампунь и гель для душа с собой. Но в номере декларировался холодильник. На деле он оказался общим на весь хостел. Но беда не в этом. Он оказался забит под завязку...В первый день кое-как поместил туда свой йогурт. Об арбузе, фруктах и прочем пришлось на 2 дня забыть.. 3. Будьте готовы, что Ваши продукты могут "уйти". Мы поняли это на 2-й день. 4. Стирка. Заняли очередь. Поставили стирать первую партию- путешествуем уже неделю...Обнаружили свое белье в корзине. Кто вытащил, мы выяснили. А вот постиралось оно или нет и мыл ли "товарищ" руки, когда брал в них мою рубашку и прочее- секрет до сих пор....Но я брезгую руками "товарища".. Предлагаю выдавать и сдавать ключ от комнаты, где стиральная машина... 5. Самое хреновое, что администратор сидит на 3-м этаже и по винтовой лестнице я поднимал чемоданы туда...А комната моя оказалась на 1-м этаже... Что бы оставить на хранение, надо потрудиться...Поднимал и спускал чемоданы 2 раза. Правда администратор один раз помог, спасибо!! В 20 лет это не сложно. В мои 60 вообще легко... Но остался вопрос-а зачем??? Нельзя все решить заранее, информируя клиента??? 6. И последнее. Я уверенно рекомендую этот хостел как очень чистое, спокойное и приличное заведение. Надеюсь администраторы поправят кое что согласно моим замечаниям... P.S. В этом месяце число читателей моих отзывов перевалило за 30млн... Всем приятных путешествий!!!
