All good, but as it locates in the center, your GPS gets lost easily, not recommend for first night in Russia, if you are new may take long time to arrive. But the breakfast is excellent. Thank you.

這個酒店太不人性，因為身體原因不能入駐，酒店堅持不給退款，攜程多次與酒店溝通，均被拒絕，這種的酒店，相信服務也不會好到哪裡去，沒有人文關懷，不推薦！

Из плюсов: отель очень удобно расположен. В остальном столкнулись только с минусами. Свою главную функцию «переночевать» отель выполнил довольно неплохо, но оставил неприятные впечатления. По приезде нам было бы удобнее расплатиться наличными, но у администратора не нашлось сдачи: «Наличными у нас обычно никто не плОтит». Конечно, в любой другой ситуации мы бы даже не обратили на это внимания, но в сложившейся ситуации этот пункт все равно добавился в копилку «минусов». При заселении в номере был неприятный запах. В ванной комнате и душевом поддоне был очень холодный пол. Видимо, душевую лейку вытирали туалетной бумагой, после чего забыли убрать ее с самой лейки, ну и, конечно же, туалетная бумага красовалась в унитазе. Дозатор для мыла явно требовал замены или более тщательной подготовки к следующим гостям. Зубных щеток также не обнаружили, зато было одна на двоих шапочка для душа, на упаковке которой частично были стерты буквы. На столах были сколы. 3 пакетика чая каждого вида на двоих - логика, само собой, железная. Одеяло было сильно меньше пододеяльника. В общем, нет внимательности к деталям, это очень грустно. Цена не соответствует качеству, это тоже грустно. Для долговременного отдыха я бы советовала поискать другой отель.

Топовое расположение, отличный баланс цена/качество, твердые 3 звезды, неплохое кафе при гостинице, умеют варить хороший кофе)). Неидеальная звукоизоляция и пара других мелких дефектов компенсируется всем остальным. Можно советовать)).
