Замечательный и уютный отель. Удобно расположен недалеко от станций метро. Чисто, отличные завтраки, прекрасный персонал. Ежедневная уборка номеров и смена полотенец! Питьевая вода и косметические принадлежности пополняли каждый день.

Ездил от предприятия в служебную командировку в Москву, останавливался в Ариум отеле с 6 сентября по 9 сентября 2023г. Анна на ресепшен помогла найти отель, очень добрая и отзывчивая. У меня был комфортный номер. При заезде я получил ключи в стоимость у меня входил завтрак и ужин, номер 401 был на 4 этаже, в номере есть мебель, телевизор, мини холодильник, набор для чая с чайником, большая удобная кровать. Завтраки очень сытные, блинчики, сосиски, салаты, фрукты (см. фото) Каждый день убирались, меняли полотенца, оставляли питьевую воду. В целом номер мне понравился, остался доволен, душевая кабина супер.

В сентябре 2021 года праздновали в ресторане Ариума нашу свадьбу. И мы, и гости остались очень довольны! Вкусная кухня и красивая подача блюд: особенно понравились салаты, мясо на мангале, рыба на гриле. Вежливое и ненавязчивое обслуживание. Отдельно благодарим менеджмент Ариума за подготовку нашего торжества: управляющий шел навстречу нашим просьбам, ни один вопрос не оставил без ответа, гибко подошел к формированию меню, без вопросов разрешил внести коррективы в интерьер зала под наши пожелания. Рекомендуем Ариум как площадку для уютных торжеств на 20-30 человек и благодарим команду отеля за прекрасный вечер!

Hotel needs some renovation, especially carpets need to be replaced. Sound insulation is not good, either. There were some noisy people staying at the hotel, and nobody said nothing to them. They misbehaved for couple of days in a row. I don't think this hotel can be rated a four star hotel.

Good location. Walking distance to red square. Clean room. Got upgraded as part of ******* VIP membership. Helpful staff. It’s a bit on the inside from the road but can be found easily. Small breakfast options but enough for us.

Место расположения отличное, персонал весь отзывчивый (но надо дергать, что бы выдали положенное), но очень доброжелательные все!Радовало, что каждый день пополняли запас питьевой воды.По состоянию отель не тянет на 4 звезды, это 3: на ковре пятна и дыры, у холодильника вместо регулировщика температуры зияла дыра со штырем( номер был типа повышенного комфорта)телек не работал, но как я и сказала-персонал отзывчивый,стоит попросить….О ванной комнате: плесень,кран/душ тек, не закрывался.В целом плюсы и минусы уравновешивают ровно пополам, поэтому впечатление среднее, нейтральное.

Отель нам очень понравился - чистый, уютный, близко к центру, и в то же время, тихо и спокойно. Очень доброжелательный и вежливый персонал, быстрая процедура регистрации и выезда. От метро расположен не очень далеко, так, что прогулка была комфортной, в непосредственной близости много различных кафе и ресторанов, в хорошую погоду можно прогуляться до Красной площади пешком. Нам отель понравился, отличное соотношение цены и качества, с удовольствием приедем туда еще.
