前台有一個宰客機制，當聽到是説中文的房客時，這位女士就會替換掉前台原來的人站出來專門宰你，強烈要求你多加錢升級房間，如果你不配合，就會讓你等房間。我們等了很久很久，最後在我們的強烈要求下才給開的房間。開放的時候遇到了同樣被宰的正在退房的中國房客，給我們抱怨了同樣的入住遭遇。這家酒店因這種服務我會僅此一次，再也不會來了

Самый лучший отель в моей жизни. Роскошь, красота, стиль, чистота, профессионализм сотрудников. Ароматизация помещений чувствуется. Номер в таком идеальном состоянии, как будто вчера ремонт сделали, а не 8 лет назад. Уходовая косметика очень хорошая. Завтраки офигенные. СПА шикарный.

Решили отметить 12-летие нашей семьи именно в этом отеле! При заезде ребенка подарили игрушку-Чебурашку и раскраски! Спа зона просто шикарная, вкусные угощения в комнате отдыха! Номер был уютный красивым видом, в номере все необходимое: гель, шампунь, гигиенический набор, ватные палочки, спонжики, халаты, тапочки! Но в номере рекомендуем ходить в тапочках, так как испытала грустный инцидент. В напольном покрытии каким-то образом оказалась острая металлическая заноза ( стружка), возможно приехала на тележке для горничной! Попросили медицинскую иглу, нам принесли швейный набор с извинениями, что нет аптечки! Вытаскивали долго, потому как администратор вынужден был бежать в аптеку за шприцом, собственно от шприца нужна была только игла и салфетка дезинфицирующая! На завтраке при заказе каши, если вы не ПП, то обязательно просите, чтобы каша имела вкус, так как не солят и не добавляют сахар! А в целом проживание прошло хорошо!

Очень любим данную сеть отелей. Особенно нам нравятся завтраки ! В Four Seasons Hotel Moscow были семьей на завтраке- все очень вкусно и особенно хотим отметить работу офицанта Ярослава. Оценка 5 + !!!

Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Zimmer nicht fertig. Mangelnder Roomservice. Concierge führt die Reservierung nicht aus. Es gibt im Prinzip nur ein Restaurant. Völlig desolates Management. So können wir das Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen

Зашел позавтракать. Был в этой сети за рубежом, решил разведать, как она в России. По лоюби и антуражу неплохо, но вот завтрак разочаровал. Очень и очень скудно. Маленький ассортимент. Напомнило по ассортименту ширпотребовские отели три звезды где нибудь в Германии, правда посуда, мебель и официанты лучше. При этом завтрак стоит больше 3000 руб. Я понимаю, что тут цена больше своеобразный фейс контроль, но эти деньги нужно отрабатывать.

Check in/out was smooth and staff were candid,Room was large and nicely organized and clean with all necessary amenities,Bathroom also large in size with all good features/clean and nice amenities .Room dine in service was excellent and quality v good,Spa v good.Hotel is attached to a mall which is also have a lot of quality brands and restaurants/cafes also children’s play area.Hotel location is a plus.All in all our time was enjoyable as this was our first visit.
