The receiption was veary bad and Strict behavior. I asked them 2 key but they didnt The room was really small and bad The wall were really thin so the room was so noisy In general the hotel is really bad and i dont want to be there again. I never recommend you to book it

We stayed in the room from 07/11/22 to 07/14/22 After checking in, we immediately contacted the administration with a problem: the air conditioner was making very loud noise, to which we received an answer that the technician would fix everything and temporarily turned off the air conditioner. The room was very stuffy and I had trouble sleeping. On the third day I went to find out what was wrong with the air conditioner: they said that the technician does not deal with such problems. We will not choose this hotel to stay in again 🤦

We rested at the hotel from 11.07 to 17.07. The hotel is in the very center of the city, next to a metro station - it’s wonderful! The rooms are clean, cleaning is done every day, thanks to the girls - the maid! The bed linen is clean. It would be very great if the hotel management would improve ventilation in the rooms, install air conditioning, solve problems with sewerage, and install small refrigerators in each room instead of safes. And the hotel is good, especially its location ☺

Delighted with the service, undoubtedly the biggest plus of the hotel. Very polite and attentive staff. The location is convenient, within walking distance from the metro, very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and very filling. The room is clean, spacious and very cozy. We will definitely come back again!
