Housekeeping services were very bad they didn’t take the garbage and didn’t change , and only fold the using towels and put it back and didn’t put new towels and didn’t put water and didn’t change the sheets at all during my stay , The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant staff were nice and polite .

Была в данном отеле в сентябре 2023 года. Сам отель очень комфортный, в спокойных цветах! Номер очень уютный, кровать большая, постельное белье чистое! Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый! Еда в кафе разнообразная, вкусная! Мне все блюда пришлись по душе!

Stayed here in Sep 2023. The hotels main USP is the location…it is a budget property in the centre of town, near the Tretyakov Gallery. Also Radisson is one of the few global chains taking online reservations in Russia, so that’s a positive and provides peace of mind. On the property itself, it is definitely an older property and needs a lot of love and care. However I imagine that the hotel manages good occupancy rates and margins must be decent so the owners and Radisson are squeezing out every bit of juice. The room I had was large, and overlooked the street in front of the hotel. The windows were well soundproofed as well. The bed was comfortable, if in need of a slightly better mattress and a bigger comforter. I think the positives end there. The carpet was absolutely nasty with all sorts of stains, and the bathroom is in sore need of a renovation. The aircon was middling efficiency at best. And the keycard mechanism on my door fell off while I was staying there…passing staff fixed it quickly. Breakfast was below average and I didn’t have it on the last 2 days. WiFi almost never worked. Reception staff were nice and always helpful…that is a highlight. But they have only so much to work with. I had some reservations going into the hotel, given the reviews/pictures online, and I think they were confirmed. I would rather not stay here again, unless the property is renovated.

Если Вам слишком радостно живется и Вы хотите испортить себе настроение и отпуск или даже войти в состояние депрессии, то я рекомендую выбрать именно этот отель. В номере категории Люкс Junior Вас будут ожидать: обои на любой вкус (грязные, в пятнах, отходящие от стен, с отверстиями), полотенца (с торчащими нитками, в пятнах, с куском грязного скотча), белоснежное постельное белье (рваное, с грязью и на наволочке, и на подушках, и на пододеяльнике, а также с волосом на подушке, это при условии, что дважды в номере меняли белье за один день, но белье чище не становилось, разве что во второй раз простынь была с коричневыми пятнами и красной помадой на подушке), еще Вас будет ждать махровый халат (с зеленым пятном). Хотите принять ванну? Пожалуйста. Заглушка для слива со следами плесени, грибка и ржавчины, которые горничные не смогли отмыть с двух просьб, а также два волоса в подарок в ванной (один при заселении, а второй после уборки ванны). Рванная занавеска в ванной, перекошенный стульчак унитаза. Если Вы любите моржевание и закаливание, то этот номер точно для Вас! Ведь номер промерз насквозь, отопления нет, а сплит-система, которую Вы установите на +30 градусов, будет просто гонять ледяной воздух по номеру, работая в качестве кондиционера. Если Вы передумаете и решите согреться, то отель предложит Вам выпить чай с грязного стола в подтеках или второе не менее грязное и рваное одеяло, которое Вас так и не согреет и Вы утром проснетесь с насморком (проверено на себе). Отель не предложил ни компенсацию, ни возможность переселения, ни бесплатный ужин, ни бутылку игристого с фруктами в качестве извинения, просто ни-че-го. И это, на минуточку, отель, входящий в международный бред, имеет 4*.

Соотношение стомости и местоположения идеальное! 10-30 минут пешком и до главных достопримечательностей столицы. Завтрак хороший, детям до 10 лет бесплатный завтрак включён, это приятно! Программа лояльности работает, скидка достаточно весомая. Были проездом в Москве с детьми. Летом приедем в столицу, остановимся здесь! Единственное, что мне не нравится в подобных отелях это ковровые покрытия. Они всегда в пятнах, босиком в номере ходить не приятно.
