Когда вы будете бронировать номер с завтраком за 1300 р., будьте готовы к тому, что вы получите завтрак в соседнем отеле Ибис (3*) за 850 р. Мелочь, но очень неприятно! Это с учетом того, что при заселении менеджер на ресепшн указала, где завтрак, и это совсем другой ресторан - при отеле Mercure (4*). Отель неплохой, но впечатление испорчено.

На рецепшен была недостача,но почему то обвинили меня,что я не полностью расчиталась , и причем обвинили через ДЕНь! Как такое возможно? Т е, внимание, отдавая всю сумму Вы не застрахованы от от того ,что Вас обвинят в том,что Вы не расчитались в полном обьеме, и внимание вызывал на рецепшен сотрудник службы безопасности отеля , я так и не поняла ,неужели такое возможно в отеле такой крупной сети ? Самое главное не говорили сумму недостачи,я крайне переживала,а вдруг сумма очень большая и будут их недостачи ,за которые я как гость как могу в принципе отвечать?Т к я не материально ответственный сотрудник отеля и я не находилась беспрерывно возле места ,где деньги у них лежат,на меня не возложены обязанности по надзору за денежными средствами , внимание на гостя ! следить за сохранностью материальных ценностей ! Теперь туда ни ногой!!! Даже разговаривала в фойе с управляющей на тот момент по этому поводу на следующий день ,но вразумительного ответа не получила . Сие непотребное дествие было несколько лет назад , причем я статусный гость по программе лояльности сети Аccor,если это теперь имеет значение...

Валерий и Ирина. Выражаем благодарность персоналу отеля Адажио. Хочется отметить, что все очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Мы уже дважды здесь побывали, надеемся приехать еще! Огромное Спасибо всем! и отдельно ресепшену!! Замечательно, что в отель допускают с животными, у нас маленькая собака и было приятно совместить отдых и не заморачиваться вопросом пристройки животного.

Отель нарушает правила программы лояльности Accor ALL в части повышения категории номера, ссылаясь на приоритетность обслуживания корпоративных клиентов однако со слов сотрудников отдела продаж корпоративные клиенты не имеют право на приоритетного заселение , в свою очередь отель переселяет гостя долгожителя со статусом Platinum ссылаясь на корпоративных клиентов, управляющая Лилия Шарлыгина крайне пренебрежительно относится к гостям и сами сотрудники крайне незаинтересованным решить проблему гостя и выполнять те правила программы лояльности которые они сами декларирует! Не ведитесь на эти программы лояльности потому что сам отель на Павелецкой их же игнорируют ссылаясь на якобы высокую загрузку!

Wonderful stay The Adagio Paveletskaya is a truly excellent hotel. For my 15-night stay, I had a very large 1-bedroom suite on the 9th floor. Great natural light, totally silent, excellent wifi, comfortable bed, full kitchen, good shower, hot water, and water pressure. Most of all, the hotel staff - Sofya, Anastasiya, Maria, and everyone else -- is extremely pleasant and helpful and willing to resolve issues. In particular, because of the current world situation, the reservation staff had to be flexible and creative in finding solutions, and they were. I had several exchanges over the months prior to my arrival in Moscow. Location: you are about 5 to 7 minutes' walk to either the 5 or the 2 metro lines, as well as buses and trams. Meaning you can get anywhere in Moscow extremely rapidly. There are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The neighborhood is one of the most pleasant in Moscow, low-rise buildings mostly, human-scale. I would return here in a second.

Худший отель из всех, где мне доводилось останавливаться. На респешне никого, стоит малозаметная табличка, предлагающая позвонить по внутреннем у номеру (не соединяет) или пойти зарегистрироваться в соседний отель. Крохотный номер. Окна на близко расположенную кирпичную стену. Был готов доплатить, чтобы переехать, но на ресепшне сказали, что в наличии есть "только вид еще хуже, в колодец". Советую избегать

Really great and helpful service. Amenities are perfect for long-stay, you have everything you need.
Will definitely recommend this place for a longer-term stay where apar**ent-like amenities are needed.
The location is super convenient as well.

The place is very close to main attractions. 5 minutes on foot to Paveletsky metro and aero express. 5 minutes by metro to red square, kremlin and much more. Rooms are clean and well equipped. What we liked most is the warmth and hospitality of the staff, the go above and beyond to ensure the best guest experience especially Valentina. Definitely will be back if we ever come to Moscow.
