房間太差，開房時間太長，需要幾個小時，不按訂單來安排房間，雙人間床才90釐米寬，2星都不到掛5星，太差了欺騙消費者

По факту отель не 5*. В номере не работало 2 розетки, зубные наборы предоставляются только по запросу. Полотенца и халаты старые и застиранные- отелю пора купить новые. Расположение нормальное.

Категорически не рекомендуем этот отель! От сети Мариотт видно осталось только здание! Такого сервиса за наш опыт командировок и проживания в Москве мы еще не видели! Пятью звездами тут даже не пахнет! Собрали полный комплект минусов: огромное количество волос в номера после уборки (в момент заселения), на постельном, на полотенцах, на полу, на биде. Розетки расположены в трудно доступных местах, за кроватью, далеко от тумбочек А подача завтрака это вообще отдельный вид искусства. На листе А4 нам нужно было выбрать завтрак и поставить галочку. Шведская линия!? Нет, не слышали! А номер стоил 16000 тысяч за сутки. Даже тут в один из завтраков забыли положить сосиску. Халаты застиранные, вафельные. Уборки номера за 5 дней не было. В поезде были лучше тапочек чем в номерах. Но верхушкой айсберга было постельное белье. Простынь была прострочена....там была дырка и ее просрочили) Одним словом ужас!!
