Отель замечательно расположен. Номера обычные, в душе нет дверки, нет кафе, завтрак приносят в номер к согласованному времени. Имейте ввиду- у отеля нет своей парковки. Но рядом есть городская платная, а поскольку это цент города - она почасовая и выходит просто космическая. Улучшенный номер реально стоит того, что бы за него доплачивали. Хотя кровати и в тех и других большие.

Потрясающая локация- по 10 минут ходьбы до обеих станций метро: что до Добрынинской, что до Полянки. Переулок довольно тихий: ночью движения по нему практически нет, я прекрасно высыпалась. В двух шагах супермаркет, кафе Волконский, салоны красоты и всё, что только можно пожелать. В номерах чисто, есть сейф и чайник с чайными наборами. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить персонал гостиницы- все доброжелательные и отзывчивые, к тому же очень помогли- я забыла важную для меня вещь- мгновенно нашли и в тот же день отправили.

Забронировал через букинг 20 октября 2021 года. Списали полностью средства в размере 3888 руб. Позвонили через 10 минут, извинились и сказали чистого белья нет. Ну бывает, забронировал в другом месте, переночевал. Написал в букинг, что аннулировали бронь, не моя вина. Согласились сказали ждите деньги 14 дней. Набрал в отель, подтвердили получение денег тоже сказали 14 дней. Итог, сегодня 21 ноября, прошел ровно месяц. Средства не вернули. 3 раза звонил в отель, каждый раз ужасно удивляются и просят написать на почту. 3 письма на электронку отправил тишина. Вот и решил написать отзыв, хоть до последнего тянул, по тому что по отзывам реально отель хороший, но вот дела с бухгалтерией плохие. Жду свои 3888 руб)

Terrible hotel. I booked 3 nights, but when I got up after the second night there was extremely cold and hot water didn’t work. It was -12 degrees outside, so I didn’t have any opportunities to take shower and I got cold after this night ((( I have decided to move to another hotel and ask property about refund of night without adequate living conditions (including hot water), but they didn’t give me money back. Also the bed conditions is bad - dirty and uncomfortable.

Останавливалась в гостинице с 16 по 18 декабря (рабочая командировка). Выбрала только из-за удобного расположения. Время 00:20, пишу с места событий, потому что спать сейчас невозможно. Дали номер на первом этаже: небольшой, чистый, в общем и целом все ок. Единственное — было холодно и принесли обогреватель. На первом этаже находится столовая/кафе. Тоже ок, не мешает, как я думала сначала. Однако никто не предупредил, что у них здесь проводят то ли Дни Рождения, то ли еще какие-то праздники. Музыка долбит так, будто они включили ее у меня в номере, восторженные крики людей и смех — это не то, что хотелось бы слышать в 00:30. Звонок администратору не дал результата, ответ: «Так получилось сегодня, они скоро выключат музыку» не сильно устраивает. Жаль нельзя приложить видео. Учитывайте это при выборе размещения и лучше присмотрите что-то поспокойнее.
