Единственный плюс- месторасположение! Стены в каплях , в душе подставка для шампуня ржавая! Шампунь и гель для душа был в одном экземпляре ! Зубных щёток не было как заявлено ! А тапочках и халатах вообще молчу ! Хорошо мыло хоть было! Чая не было , только сахар )))) Зачем писать о наличии если это не так ! В светильниках прикроватных нет лампочек! В целом отель тихий и закрытый! Чисто переночевать

This is not a hotel. We reserved a suit but they gave different room. No room service. Bad smell. Dirty room and bed.

Отель взимает предоплату при бронировании (хотя тариф бронирования "Оплата на месте"). При отмене бронирования (бесплатная) предоплату не возвращают, либо кормят завтраками, либо игнорируют звонки и обращения. По второму бронированию при заселении выяснилось, что заявленных номеров с двуспальной кроватью у них нет. Списанные повторно деньги так же не вернули. Категорически не рекомендую связываться.

Когда заехали не было воды, на ресепшн менеджер сказал , что ремонт , включат через час. Из туалета и душевой запах канализации. Интерьер не соответствует абсолютно тому, что на фотографиях. На ресепшн постоянно никого нету, надо искать вызванивать менеджеров. В номере не было полотенец. Персонал абсолютно не клиентоориентирован, контакт старшего менеджера получить так и не удалось. При этом стоимость такая же , как отелей более высокого уровня в этом районе. Никому не советую

Недавно останавливался в этом отеле было все прекрасно очень приятно и очень удобно🥰🥰 прекрасный стаф и очень понравилось.Все очень удобно мне понравилось и если соберусь посетить обязательно повторю визит))

Ни в коем случае не оставляйте депозит при длительной аренде, они его не возвращают, просто обманывают людей. Проживал месяц, за месяц так и не принесли холодильник в номер, уборщицу щаказывал в номер неделю, сервис ужасен, чеков не дают, неделю выбивал из них договор и акт о выезде из номера. Не селитесь в жтот отель

Выпал отель, когда нужно было ночью где-то переночевать. Отличное место для разового ночлега, цена и местоположение решают, персонал предложил чай. Есть кулер с горячей водой, можно заказать доставку,
