Звонили бронировать номер люкс на майские праздники. На официальном сайте и сторонних площадках указана цена за номер на двоих 2450 рублей... когда позвонили сказали 2700 рублей...типо за белье 200 рублей + завтрак включен. Ну как бы нужно такие вещи прописывать и указывать на сайте.. на вопросы почему на сайте другая стоимость, объяснить администратор толком не смогла, разговаривала очень грубо, на вопросы не отвечала, пыталась выставить нас дураками. Говорила, что мы смотрим информацию на другом сайте, хотя это официальный сайт. Доказывала обратное. Спрашивала вы вообще кто, от куда звоните? Якобы номер настолько популярен, что его быстро бронируют. Даже стоимость пришлось вытаскивать из уст...По итогу на вопрос почему на сайте другая цена в 100-ый раз она не ответила... и просто бросила трубку!! Классное да, отношение к клиентам? Звонили 05.04.22 Прошу руководство произвести объяснительную беседу и принять меры по отношению к данному сотруднику, дабы исключить в дальнейшем подобных ситуаций. Конечно же дизлайк и какой бы приятный номер не был на фото, с таким отношением 100% мы не поедем уже туда..
