They took the initiative to apply for the so-called visa on arrival (that is, a temporary residence permit). If I came early, I could check in in advance if the room was available, which saved me a lot of trouble. They also gave me breakfast for one morning for free, and chocolates for two days🍫. This hotel is very cost-effective. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the Line 2 subway station and about 20 minutes to the Red Square. It only takes half an hour to get to the nearby exhibition hall. Breakfast at the hotel needs to be booked by phone. There are only two packages available. But it’s not bad, there’s milk and bread.

Приехали поздно, встретила очень приятная девушка. Все объяснила.Было приятно чувствовать что нас точно ждали. Мы в вашем городе в первый раз.Нам очень нравится Арт Отель Софит. Интерьер классный, люстры, шторы шикарные. Лифт отдельное искусство. Это наше первое путешествие всей семьёй. Дети в восторге от номера. Правда они думали халаты будут как в кино...Очень уютно, Стильно. Удобные кровати, отличные подушки. Холодильник, чайник, вода, стаканы,чашки,чай,сахар фен, зуб щётки, паста, шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер,тапочки ключ-карточка. Всё удобно и нужно. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенца. Спать уютно, не жарко и не холодно. Освещение приятное, дизайн не надоедает. Рядом остановка, метро,Чебуречная с домашней едой, вкусно и точка. Всё в шаговой доступности. До Кремля можно пешком дойти. Точно будем рекомендовать Ваш отель друзьям и знакомым. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Проживали вместе с супругой в течение недели. Уютный отель, находится в тихом переулке в самом центре Москвы, рядом метро (3 минуты), до Тверской (3 минуты), Красная площадь 10 минут, и это пешком. Номера небольшие на 3-ем этаже с открывающимися окнами, на 4-ом с мансардными. В номерах есть все необходимое, сейф, ТВ, холодильник, чай, бутилированная вода. Убираются каждый день, в номерах чисто, есть хорошие завтраки на выбор на -1 этаже, кофе, чай, морс. Были проблемы с канализацией, но нас тут же переселили в соседний номер, также предоставили комплимент.

Самый отвратительный отель. Из плюсов: в центре, неплохие завтраки. В остальном только минусы. Сначала в номере не работал вай-фай, попросила переселить. Номер нашли, но там сломалась канализация. Весь день надо было ждать техника с неработающим санузлом. Когда к вечеру у меня лопнуло терпение - переселили в другой номер - там тоже не работает вай-фай (а мне для работы критично нужен). В общем, я переезжала 4 раза! В номере всё "уставшее"; полотенца драные и в пятнах всё. На наволочке обнаружила след, как-будто кто-то наступил, но не стал менять а просто перевернули другой стороной. И всё вот так. В один из дней что-то сломалось в кафе и завтраки в номер приносили. Плюс было ужасно холодно, сплит система не работала на нагревание. Администратор говорила, что мне готовы компенсировать неудобства из-за проблем с канализацией и переездов, но никто так и не позвонил. Я редко пишу отзывы, но такой "отдых" Выше моих сил и уже не могу промолчать.

Отличное расположение отеля в шаговой доступности метро, Тверская улица, Тверской бульвар. Красная площадь 25- 30 мин пешком. Интересное оформление отеля. Питание не шведский стол, но очень сытно и вкусно, нам понравилось.Единственный, но огромный минус это полотенца и уборка. Полотенца ужасно застиранные, серые в пятнах , с неприятным запахом плесени. Уборка тоже на 2. Пыль на тумбочке за 4 дня ни разу не вытерли.В следующий раз в этом отеле не стали бы останавливаться.

Ничего необычного. Отель слишком маленький и унылый. Девушки на ресепш могут сказать долгое "эээ" вам прямо в телефон. Заменить полотенце так и не смогли. Есть ресторан, но по факту это кафе. Официант молодой человек очень приятный , а вот завтраки так себе. Не четыре звезды, от силы двойка.
