I rested in April, the food is delicious, the Internet is free, they cleaned every day, the staff is customer-oriented, I will be back, thank you for the rest. Near the hotel VDNKh, Botanical Garden, convenient access to all points

Крайне неприятное впечатление от сотрудниц ресепш: недоброжелательное выражение лиц, не отвечают на приветствия постояльцев, на просьбу выдать фен заявлено, что фен один на весь отель ( а он 9-ти этажный!!!). Больше всего поразило, что при оформлении на заселение тургруппы (48 человек) из РБ 20.08.22 г. не спеша делали ксерокопии паспортов, потом также не спеша выписывали пропуска, все это затянулось почти на час. Им торопиться некуда! А люди с дороги, уставшие. Причем треть группы - пожилые люди. В целом отель "совковый", особенно столовая в стиле 70-х годов. Кормят на завтрак скромно, выбора нет вообще (хотя в программе тура указано "шведский стол", но он распространяется лишь на выбор каши, хлеба и чая с кофе, остальное приносит порционно сотрудница столовой. Номера довольно чистые, есть кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор с несколькими федеральными каналами, санузел с ванной. В целом удовлетворительно. Рядом ВДНХ, ботанический сад, метро прим.7-8 минут спокойной ходьбы, магазин продуктовый. Оценю на 3 балла, в основном из-за работы персонала ресепшн.
