Оставил жалобу на которую не ответили. По пунктам:
- выдали зонт и записали на номер, при этом до меня давали всем гостям без записи. Мелочь, но ощущение, что они заподозрили, что я украду зонт за 3 бакса..
- ночью в соседнем номере шумели, номер смежный, я позвонил на ресепшен, прошло 30 минут и ничего не изменилось, в 23:30 я позвонил снова, реакция такая же , в 23:50 я позвонил и сообщил, что или они решают эту проблему или мне придется доносить проблему до жильцов. При этом, была вечеринка и 3 барышни и 3 джентельмена не просто орали, а вопили.
- утром решил съехать из отеля, в 9 часов попросил воды в номер, в 9:30 напомнил о просьбе, в 9:50 сделал позвонил напомнить и в итоге уехал так и не получив воду.
Худшие 5 звезд. Худший отель сети.
