отель в мансарде 4 этажа. лифта нет, узкая лесенка и коридоры катакомб при заселении в номер - не работал свет, мигали лампочки везде. сразу переселили в другой номер - который был еще меньше по размеру. максимум метров 12. ужасно тесно. в этом номере так же мигали лампочки, явно перебои электричества. ужасно холодно. старое мансардное окно продувало. батареи не работали, сплит система не грела. горячая вода - градусов 30 не больше. рваные старые полотенца. рваная простынь. душевая кабина требует ремонта. в ванной ужасный запах канализации очень сильный. электричество продолжало сбоить. выбило лампочки в ванной. сообщили администратору о ситуации, сказали сейчас починят. через полчаса вроде все утихло, решила уложить волосы своей плойкой. вставила в розетку, не успела нажать включение - выбило и она сгорела. предложили администратору возместить ущерб - толком никакой заинтересованности в решении данного вопроса не получили. написали заявление, на следующее утро другой админ просто сказал "я понимаю вас" и все. никакого решения ситуации. потерянные деньги, время и настроение. ужасный "отель" и неквалифицированный персонал, которому все равно на вас. оставила нерабочую плойку им на память.

При бронировании БЕЗ предварительной оплаты и с возможностью бесплатной отмены списали деньги с кредитной карты. На запросы не отвечают, деньги после отмены бронирования не вернули. Будьте внимательны условия бронирования не соответствуют реальности.

I have made a booking there over a month ago… it was supposed to be without prepayment but they charged the whole amount of the stay . I have cancelled the reservation in time etc but never got my money back!! Until now impossible to reach nobody answers the phone when it transfers you get another hotel and they promise to call back but nobody does. I will file the complaint .. ridiculous never happened to me before

Выбрала этот отель по его локации и не пожалела. Через дорогу Американское посольство, в 10 минутах Новый арбат. Отель небольшой, но довольно уютный. У меня был номер с мансардным окном - очень романтично. В здании отеля есть кофейня, что помогало взбодриться по утрам.
