雖然房間空間不是很大，但是舒適和乾淨是可以保證的，尤其是公共區域的衞生比較令人滿意（´｡✪ω✪｡｀）前台會英語，很親切，hotel距離地鐵不遠，步行小几百米就能到。下次來莫斯科還會選擇這裏！

當天凌晨三點從摩爾曼斯克抵達莫斯科，旅店大門緊鎖。打電話沒人接，聯繫客服一直讓我等待。站在旅店門口凌晨三點的寒冷莫斯科街頭等到五點無果。然後客服又推薦另一家酒店，提着拉桿箱找了一個小時，結果前台説滿房。客服再次幫找房間，到旅店時已經是早上八點，説是旅店其實就是很薄木板隔出來的房間，僅夠放下一張床，沒有落腳的位置。在這個旅店離12點還有三個多小時，收了一天的房費。很糟糕的體驗，異國他鄉露宿街頭的體驗。
