Новый, очень чистый отель, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. У нас заболел ребенок и у вас оказался термометр, который нам одолжили почти на сутки. Потрясающий и разнообразный завтрак, даже ребёнку 1 год было что поесть. Рядом два парка для прогулок с детьми и детское кафе с детской игровой, где можно покормить ребёнка и поесть самим. Отель на тихой улице.

not too much to like about it. room was dark, bathroom even darker, shower awful. it need a major update.

Здесь очень уютно красиво персонал дружелюбный И самое главное в этом отеле себя чувствуешь защищенной потому что что охрана работает очень оперативно на и дружелюбная особенно охранник Дмитрий Советую всем посетить этот 🏨

Отель удачно расположен, до центра города и Кремля - небольшое расстояние. Для нас это было очень важно так как Мы приехали на майские праздники- и почти каждый день отправлялись в центр на прогулки . Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Чистота в отеле идеальная, в номере было все необходимое. Чай и кофе в номер приносили неограниченно, очень в тему после долгих прогулок. Завтрак - на отлично, система заказа по меню понравилась! очень рекомендую этот отель!

Хорошая добротная Гостиница, соответствует 5ке, в номерах чисто, мебель в хорошем состоянии, новые матрацы, завтрак о вкусный, голодным мне останешься, звукоизоляция между номерами терпимая. камера хранения багажа в отеле беесплатная, смогли оставить вещи после выселения и погулять по городу перед отъездом.На ресепшене очень вежливые администраторы , да и в целом приятный персонал.

Отель очень удобно расположен для путешествий с детьми.Очень теплые ,чистые и удобные номера , большое спасибо адмиистрации отеля за то, что предоставили номера с хорошим видом, а у одного из номеров вообще был балкон ! Завтраки замечательные . Хотел бы поблагодарить весь персонал отеля , за их работу и заботу, за то что сделали наше пребывание в Москве волшебным.
