Larisa Россия 9,0 Хороший отель в центре Москвы Понравилось · Первоначально мы дожны были разместиться в этом отеле ,но за несколько дней до прибытия нам предложили разместиться в отеле Barin Residence Grand . Не буду рассказывать почему ,так как апгрейд номера и прочие моменты нас вполне удовлетворили . Очень достойный вариант размещения в Москве :центр города в пешей доступности ( не более 20 минут медленным шагом ),близость метро , бесплатная парковка для вашего автомобиля ( в Москве просто атомные цены за парковку ) ,наличие множества кафе-баров-ресторанов вокруг. Сам отель оставляет самые приятные впечатления начиная от службы приема ,заканчивая работниками ресторанчика .Номер весьма приличный , сейф бесплатно ,тапочки в наличии, wifi работает без нареканий Единственное момент в номере,который вызвал улыбку - короткие вафельный халатики . Завтраки хорошие: каша на выбор , небольшой шведский стол с нарезками ,йогурты,выпечка ,заварной кофе ( кофе-машина ),чай. Ресепшн решает все вопросы быстро и очень дружелюбно. У нас был ранний выезд ,мы не успевали на завтрак , спросили о возможности ланч-бокса и отказа не получили .Теперь планируем поездку на конец октября. Не понравилось · Немного прохладно в номере.

Не понятно, как получилось 4 звезды себе присвоить этому отелю. Максимум 3 и с минусом. Постельное белье плохое, оснащение ванной комнаты среднее, шум и ветер через окна (которые не открыть и не закрыть). Нет рум-сервиса. До ресепшн не дозвониться через сломанный телефон номера и через горячую линию.

Отель европейского уровня. Персонал очень приветливый, весь сервис на уровне. Очень важно, что во дворе есть парковка. Катались на машине по ночной Москве, совершенно на беспокоясь о том, куда придётся ставить машину. Парковка прямо перед входом. Кругом отличные ТЦ, да что там - ЦУМ в шаговой доступности, не говоря уже о Кремле, Красной площади и Большом театре. Вкусные завтраки в уютной столовой под стеклянной крышей. И очень хорошо, что заранее обговаривается меню и время завтрака. Обалденно вкусные сырники, блины с творогом и ягодами, кофе.... Номер убирали ежедневно со всеми средствами дезинфекции. В номере есть чайник, ежедневно приносили бутылки с водой, пакетики чая, хотя чай можно пить и в столовой в течение дня. Интернет так не летал ни в одной европейской стране. В общем, только приятные впечатления.
