Рядом несколько станций метро, магазины с необходимыми товарами. Есть несколько ресторанов что бы перекусить, так как своего при отеле нет. Для тех кто в Москве в первый раз, до Красной площади 20 минут пешком.

I was looking for a hotel on the occasion of a wedding for the morning of the bride and groom. I arrived in advance and discussed all the details with the shift administrator. Upon arrival, on the booked date, there was a new receptionist girl and the other one did not convey any information to the replacement. In the end, I had to explain everything again. The administrator was extremely uncollected and incompetent. When checking in, she clearly mentioned two names for registration. In the end, for some reason she decided that we would be in one room instead of the two booked and gave the keys incorrectly. I booked a luxury room for myself to ensure peace, tranquility and quality. As a result, the door lock in the room was installed incorrectly. The door simply opened instantly with a breath and a light touch. Although it would be more correct to say that it did not close at all, without turning the key. I called the administrator to look into the situation with a request to fix everything, because... I will have a lot of guests in the morning, a dress and other valuables will be hanging, and all this will not be convenient for me at all. To which she replied that she could only call the technician tomorrow. But tomorrow I already have a wedding and other worries, a repairman sitting at the door is simply completely impossible. As a result, the administrator says that he will try to solve the problem. A repairman came, who is actually a psychologist) He did something for about an hour, and eventually fixed it. God bless. Why everything could not have been eliminated in advance is unclear; it is simply impossible not to notice. Probably, the employees didn’t bother and it will do. The previous administrator told me that newlyweds are always given champagne and handmade chocolates as a compliment upon arrival. None of this, of course, happened. But after the incident, the administrator says that she will bring champagne and Rafaelo as an apology. :) Everything would be fine - ok. The master finishes the job and says he needs cleaning because he stained the door and tools on the handle, floor, etc. Do hotels not have 24-hour maids or at least one cleaning lady on duty? What do you mean, do you still consider yourself a 4 star hotel? The same administrator comes with some kind of rag, wet it with water and just starts rubbing everything with it, sitting on her haunches... The spectacle, of course, is wild. Especially in comparison with 5 star hotels... The evening before day x - I go up to the administrator again and tell him who and why, when he will come to me and what needs to be oriented and carried out, etc. So there may be problems with security and access for unauthorized persons, etc.... To which the administrator says that she will not be there at 7:30. And perhaps she will only be there by 8:30, because she will be sleepy and something else... Employees of normal hotels always work in two shifts: morning and evening. And the administrator should always be at the workplace, and try not to leave at all! This is a note for you. But these are still flowers. When booking, a separate visit or upon arrival, no one, no one warned me that in the same building as the hotel there is a night bar that holds loud, strong bass discos with screaming music until 4 am.
