Кроме хорошего расположения недалеко от метро, отмечу ещё наличие двух беседок на улице, до которых добивает вайвай - это очень круто! Некруто то, что во второй беседке приходится сидеть на решётчатой скамейке - чья больная фантазия это придумала? Подстелите туда что-то нормальная, а то задница болит как не знаю, что. В комнате чисто, в душе тоже. Только вытяжки, кажется, нет. Администраторы очень приятные.
