Rested in early April in these apar**ents. At first it seemed to be nothing. We were met and given the keys to the room. They had to take us to the room so that we signed everything on the spot, but they said they had a lot to do and just gave the keys. Upon entering the room, we were surprised to find that the door was already open. Called at the reception, asked how this could be. We didn't get a clear answer. Locked up and relaxed. A couple of hours later, 2 cleaners came to visit us without knocking. Is this normal? We were shocked. They didn’t leave the room. You never know for what purpose their employee walks without notification and knocks.
