Environment: Right by the river, except for the inaccurate navigation for taxis, it is very convenient to walk to Red Square, the scenery is nice and quiet. The facilities are also quite new.
Service: Cleaning is very timely, there is no disturbance, the front desk is very friendly and can communicate in English.

It's pretty good. Breakfast costs 900 rubles and is quite delicious. It's a 10-minute walk from Red Square. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 1600 rubles, and from the hotel to the airport costs 1500 rubles.

The location is easy to find, very close to the Red Square, but I left my Apple headphones on the bed when I checked out, and I didn't find them until I was on the way to the airport. I called several times to communicate, but they said they didn't see them!!!

The service is thoughtful and the food is complete. After communicating with Ctrip, we got a more appropriate solution for the change of the guest's itinerary. If we can communicate with the customer service in time on weekends, the experience will be better.
