there was a bad smell in the room and they couldn't resolve it. Breakfast was poor. Gym was so far away from the rooms and small. poor equipment location is very good employees were helpful nice view but could be one of my last options in Moscow

The hotel is very well located, few minutes walk from the red square, metro and all main spots in Moscow's center. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The spa is delightful, it includes a heated pool, sauna. The restaurant offers an exquisite Russian cuisine, all the dishes were succulent, delicious the interior is stunning and the service discreet but efficient. The lavish breakfast buffet in the morning offers a wonderful selection and the piano is definitely a plus. The entire team is also excellent, from the bell staff, receptionist, housekeeper, bartender, waiter and waitresses at the restaurant. That hotel is definitely a true gem!

The worst 5 stars hotel, First of all we received the room so late, there is no compensation. The AC doesn’t work. They changed the room and same situation. They gave us room in second floor which so noisy at night we couldn’t sleep. The electricity disconnect at night. We told them that we are celebrating our anniversary, to be honest this was the worst celebration. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t worth the value of money.

When we come to Moscow we always stay at the Savoy Hotel. The hotel's interior is very beautiful, as if you are in the 19th century. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent location, 15 minutes to Red Square, 5 minutes to TSUM. We visited in August 2023, in the evening there were many discos on the street around the hotel, live music. Thanks to Veronica (at the reception) for quickly resolving the issue at two in the morning. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Савой стал для меня одним из любимых отеле в Москве. Во-первых, из-за очень удобного расположения - практически у Красной площади. Во-вторых, на мой взгляд, оптимального соотношения цены-качества и того же самого расположения. Ну и в целом, благоприятного впечатления от качества обслуживания и уровня комфорта. Богатый интерьер во всем отеле, в номерах, в ресторане. Номера большие, комфортные, чистые, есть всё необходимое. Приятный момент - вечерняя подготовка номера для сна. В целом обслуживание внимательное и при этом не навязчивое. Также стоит отметить прекрасные завтраки: разнообразные, вкусные. И, вишенку на торте, - изумительную живую музыку в оригинальном исполнении, которая сопровождает завтрак, - получили колоссальное удовольствие! Ужин в ресторане Эрмитаж тоже понравился.
