Главное преимущество отеля это конечно же местоположение. До красной площади пешком минут 20 через Сретенку одно удовольствие прогуливаться. Номер в классическом стиле, как и вся гостиница. Удобный матрас и подушки. Тихо, так как гостиница расположена во дворе. Завтрак разнообразный. Гостиницу однозначно буду советовать своим друзьям/знакомым, соотношение цена-качество полностью себя удовлетворяет!

酒店不錯，前台妹妹乖巧，泳池裡的妹妹也聽話，但我要給攜程一個大大的差評！酒店定位直接搞錯了！直接定位到馬路中間去，我打車也衹能定位到旁邊的中餐館，下車後又剛好下大雨☔️，好傢伙，行李全濕了，又剛好晚上到，走了一會兒才找到酒店，強烈建議你用俄文名稱，別再用英文名稱，導航定位都不好導，以後再也不會用攜程定酒店了，定了行程有改變就退不了錢，一分都退不了！我用Ostrovok直接定其他酒店都可以先預訂好，到酒店再付錢，好就好在酒店是好酒店，就我一個國人沒有太多的不三不四之人，除了設施老舊一些，但服務的妹妹們都很可愛乖巧聽話，游下泳，蒸下桑拿再做個Spa，早餐也好吃！去附近坐地鐵也方便～

Впервые были в данном отеле. Очень понравился, везде идеальная чистота, все красиво, аккуратно, достойный завтрак, вкусные десерты.Провели по спецпредложению Романтические выходные с 2 по 3 декабря. Быстрое заселение, хороший номер Замечательный персонал,очень вежливый.Расположение прекрасное. В отеле есть СПА.

Как мне понравилось это место! Наилучшие условия которые я когда либо встречала, вежливый персонал, уют, все чисто, хочеться возвращаться сюда еще и ещё, Советую посетить данный отель не пожалеете. Рекомендую!!!

Первый плюс, отличное местоположение! По прибытии, на ресепшн: приятный, вежливый персонал. Как мы поняли потом и во всем отеле тоже. Номер немного уставший: потёртый кавролин, ванной нужен ремонт. В целом нормально, хороший матрас! Второй плюс и он огромный: СПА, после прогулки под дождем, сходить с сауну, хамам и окунуться в бассейн, просто супер. Завтраки норм, голодными точно не останетесь. Вернёмся сюда, однозначно.

Продали номер гостю с Золотой картой без душевой лейки! Нормально принять душ, не намочив голову под тропическим душем невозможно. Попросив компенсацию за это, хотя бы за включенный завтрак, в ответ было отказано, а предложено прислать инженера в 12-ом часу ночи ремонтировать душ!!! Это просто нонсенс!!! Отвратительное отношение к постоянным гостям!!!

Расположение очень хорошее, до метро 2-3 минуты пешком. На ресепшене не очень приветливые сотрудники, в целом номер не плохой, но холодный, одеяло очень маленькое, в душевой комнате уже требуется ремонт, зачем то оставили в тумбе в ванной использованный роликовый дезик, из плюсов спа зона, завтраки не супер, но и не плохие.
