I would give this hotel 3 stars not 5. Rooms look tired and service reminds me the old Soviet times. Nobody smiles to you.

Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Juwel. Hier stimmt einfach alles: vom sehr freundlichen und professionellen Personal bis zum wunderschönen, sehr komfortablen und großzügigen Zimmer (Junior Suite). Alles ist liebevoll, edel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Eines der raren Hotels, das man dank seinem Charakter, Charme und Stil nicht vergessen wird. The best hotel service have experienced in my entire life till date. Amazing experience. Super classic. The staffs smile always. And great food. Love them all there. Really awesome. Salute to those staffs working there. Especially, the manger at the front desk called ‘Sergei ‘. He is a gem. One in millions may be. Will always stay there in my future trips.

Продуманный интерьер и очень вкусная еда в ресторане, особенно рекомендую гастрономический ужин. В номерах даже меню подушек есть, от самых мягких до совсем жестких👍 Приятный персонал, тихий и чистый отель) В моем номере был французский балкон с видом во внутренний двор.

Красивый отель ,в красивом месте!все!!!плюсы закончились .обслуживание ужасное ,отношение ужасное ,персонал грубый !никогда!никогда!не останавливайтесь здесь. Я такого отношения нигде не встречала,персонал не соблюдает дистанцию,не носят маски,на весь отель я увидела только один антисептик 🤷♀️

Полное отсутсвие сервиса, не то чтобы багаж помогли занести-там просто один человек на ресепшене даже жалко,отсутвует нормальный рум сервис ,что уж говорить про консьерж...Отель точные две звезды на трассе.Других оценок не может быть, а жаль и здание и место у него неплохое.
