Бронировала через «островок», там указано, что заезд с 12:30, поэтому и выбрала данный отель. Приехали, администратор практически сразу начала вести себя максимально некомпетентно. Игнорировала все мои вопросы по поводу ситуации, я пыталась найти совместное решение ситуации, показывала бронирование и время там и т.п. она отказалась говорить до 14:00, а нам в 15 часов уже надо было выходить на саундчек. Ещё с нами были друзья, которым надо было оставить вещи в нашем номере. Администратор грубо кричала о том, что в номер никто не войдёт, кроме проживающих. Отель нам нужен был помыть голову и оставить пару портфелей, ночью мы уже уезжаем обратно в Петербург. Но объяснения, просьбы просто были в стену сказаны. Не понимаем, как такие люди могут работать с людьми в принципе. Номер стоил 3800₽. (1.07) В итоге нам пришлось уйти и сидеть в кафе. Надеюсь никто не попадёт на этого администратора, который выдумывает правила свои, игнорирует и устраивает скандал. Раз произошла ошибка, не зависящая от гостя, нужно как-то решать вопрос, находить компромисс, учитывая, что есть свободные номера, а не кричать «говорить будем в 14:00»

This was by far my worst experience in a hotel in all of Russia, and I have lived there for over 5 years. The staff was rude and blatantly incompetent. This is not an ethical nor a moral institution - they do not respect their word. After my friends and I booked two rooms for 10 days and had stayed our first night, the manager informed us that someone else has booked one of the rooms on *********** and that we had to leave it to be 4 people in one room. He promised us a 4th bed in the second room, which never arrived. The next day, he told us that the second room was also booked by someone else, despite us booking it for 10 days, and that we had to leave the hotel. It was extremely disrespectful and he had no regard for our commi**ent or safety. I strongly advise against booking any rooms at orange hotel.
